| Children First is a four-hour seminar conducted by Northwest Florida State
College and required by the First Judicial Circuit of
Florida for divorcing parents who have minor children,
families in transition, and other legal proceedings.
This course complies with Florida
Statute, Chapter 98-403 HB 1019 (Marriage Preparation and
Preservation Act) for Parent Education and Family
Stabilization courses.
